30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date. If something isn't right, just reach out and we'll make it easy.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition
• In the original packaging
• Returned within 30 days of delivery

Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at team@cozify.madethis.app with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship the item back using the label provided.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
